Located approximately 2 miles south of the Winnemucca city limits and about 4 miles south of downtown Winnemucca. Electricity is present near the south property line. Well and septic systems are typical in this area but are not currently installed on the property. Winnemucca is located about 2 hours east of Reno along Interstate 80. The property can be found by taking Grass Valley Road south approximately 3.8 miles to E Thomas Canyon Rd from the corner of Hanson St and Grass Valley Road in central Winnemucca, then turn left on E Thomas Canyon Rd and go 0.7 miles east, then turn right on Germain Dr and continue 0.5 miles south, then turn left on Lupine Dr and continue 0.65 miles east, at which point you will be near the southwest corner of the property.
