Heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler for the office areas and overhead furnaces in the warehouse areas. Each tenant space has its own furnace, electric meter, and fuel tank, allowing for individual payment of heating and electricity costs. The site includes gravel-surfaced parking, a paved area at the front, well and septic systems, and a partial fence. The property is extremely well-maintained and currently has one tenant in Bay 3 on a short-term lease.
