Accessibility is excellent, with quick connections to Seaway Drive and North Causeway Bridge, 45 minutes to both Vero Beach and Stuart, and just 90 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport. A Brightline high-speed rail station is possibly going in there. The zoning is PD planned.
