Silver Sage Farm is a high-desert irrigated hay operation in Harney County, consisting of 4,958.7 +/- total continuously deeded acres. The property includes 2,721.72 +/- acres irrigated under 48 pivots, along with additional native pasture, pivot corners, and dryland areas. Infrastructure is geared toward production and storage, with five newer large hay sheds constructed in 2016/2017, a shop/commodity building of 6,864 sq ft, and an older shop/storage building of 3,200 sq ft on the south end.

The farm is located off a paved county-maintained road that dead ends at the property entrance. It is perimeter fenced with cross fencing throughout, and includes a large cinder pit used for roads, hay pads, and pivot tracks. Utility service is provided by Harney Electric Coop, with water/sewer from wells and private septic. Internet is available via Starlink.

Operational improvements include 60-ton truck scales centrally located for convenient access, plus fueling on-site. Fields are largely planted in alfalfa or triticale, and the irrigation system is interconnected with mainlines and includes variable components across pivots, with some units described as Zimmatic and some with LESA systems. The property is positioned for flexible management of water movement across pivots using existing mainlines.
