Planned Commercial Zones and Industrial Park Zones may be designated on the Zoning Map or petitioned for in accordance with Article 8. B. A permit is required together with a site plan of the development, whether in an established C - Commercial or I -Industrial Zone, or elsewhere in the Town, in conformity with Article 8 of these regulations. C. In considering the proposed use the Commission shall be guided by the standards in Section 8.3 of these regulations. 4.3.2 Lighting A. All lighting facilities planned to be installed during construction shall be detailed for the Commission as part of all plans of development and requests for permits for all commercial and industrial permits. B. Lighting shall be located and directed so as not to shine or glare onto any public street or onto any adjacent property. C. Permits or approvals given on the basis of plans submitted shall be tentative because of the great difficulty in evaluating plans without actually seeing the various types of light designs and fixtures. In the event the Commission is misled upon such presentation, it may require the permittee to adjust, alter, relocate and/or replace the lighting and it shall be no defense that the fixtures and location are the same as described on the plans submitted. D. Correlated color temperature of any outdoor source, shall not exceed 4000 Kelvins.
