(3) Dwelling, multifamily (not more than four units per building). (4) Dwelling, single-family. (5) Dwelling, multifamily 2-4 limited. (6) Convalescent care facility (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area). (7) Nursing care facility, long-term (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area). (8) Residential care facility (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area). (9) Accessory buildings, structures, and uses. (10) Home occupation, minor. (11) Day-care facility. (12) Elderly day-care facility. (13) Hospital (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area). (14) Nursery school (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area). (15) Private assembly (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area). (16) Public facility (may not occupy more than 5,000 square feet of floor area).
