Business offices, including banks, fiduciary institutions, brokerage offices and real estate and insurance offices, provided that no office shall be used in whole or in part for the sale of retail goods, nor shall any such office be used for voice instruction to groups, tearooms, beauty parlors, hairdressing and manicuring establishments, barbershops or mortuary establishments. 4. Residential use on the second floor only for professional offices and business offices. 5.
