Factors to be considered in gr anting a Special Exception are identified in 28-A-6. C. Two-family Residential (R-2), Multip le-Family Residential (R-3A, R-3B, and R- 3C), Manufactured Home Residential (R-MH), and Professional (P-1) Zones. 1. Telecommunication facilities or ante nna, and stealth facilities shall be permitted uses in the R-2, R-3A, R-3B, R-3C, R-MH, and P-1 zones, if they are located on existing nonresidentia l structures, and as long as they do not exceed the height allowable in the zone.
