The RS-4 zoning district corresponds to the Low (5) Residential, Local Activity Center, Transit Oriented Corridor and Transit Oriented Development future land use designations in the Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. B. Permitted principal uses and structures. The following types of uses are allowed within the RS-4 district as a permitted use: 1. Single-family detached dwellings; 2. Group homes, subject to the standards and requirement set forth in these Land Development Regulation and the special regulations in Article III., Part 5.0.; and 3.
