(d) Exceptions to build-to-line Requirements. A build-to-line may be increased as specified below for purposes of amenities such as a plaza, square, courtyard, recessed entrance, sidewalk, multi-use path, raised terrace, facade offsets pursuant to § 5.05(f) or outdoor dining, but not intended for automobile use.
