A CONDITIONAL USE may be permitted upon recommendation by the Planning Board, a public hearing and approval of the Town Council. CONVENIENCE STORE. Any retail facility less than 3,500 square feet offering for sale prepackaged food products, household items, newspapers, sandwiches, and other freshly prepared foods, for off site consumption. DEVELOPER. The legal or beneficial owners of a parcel or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land. Zoning Code 49 DEVELOPMENT.
