Site plans shall be certified by a Georgia licensed engineer or surveyor and shall, at a minimum, show: - A field run topographic survey with a maximum contour of two f eet. - Location of all natural features on the property, including, b ut not limited to, state waters, streams, watercourses, drainage areas, floodplains. - Location of adjoining property boundaries and identification o f current owners of same. - All existing buildings and structures. 42-46 - All proposed new buildings. - Locations, widths, and names o f all streets and public accessw ays within and immediately adjoining the subject property. - Street centerlines showing angles of deflection, angles of int ersection, radii, length of tangents and arcs, and degree of curvature with basis of cur ve data. - Interparcel access, which shall be provided where reasonably f easible. - Plans shall demonstrate complia nce with the applicable lot dim ensions and setbacks from Table 7.2. - Location, dimensions and purpose of all drainage and stormwate r structures and facilities to serve the property. - Location of any utility e asements on the property.
