B Business Zone. A. Purpose. The B Zone is intended for the conduct of general business to which the public requires direct and frequent access as prime customers, clients, or patients. B. Permitted uses. 1. Principal uses. a. Retail sales, except that drive-through facilities are prohibited. b. Offices. c. Restaurants and other eating establishments, except that drive-through facilities shall not be permitted. d. Financial institutions, except that drive-through facilities are prohibited. e. Residential uses above the first floor. f. Theaters. g. Personal service facilities. h. Retail service facilities. i. Dance schools and studios. j. Health clubs. k. Lodges and social clubs above the first floor. l. Funeral parlors. m. Institutional uses. n. Instructional schools. o. Automobile sales. p. Private clubs. q. Adult day care. 2. Accessory uses. a. Uses which are customarily incidental and accessory to the principal permitted use as regulated in §§ 35-9.8 and 35-9.9 . 3. Conditional uses. a. Gasoline service stations. b. Automotive repair. c. Houses of worship. C. Supplementary requirements. 1.
