It shall be sheathed with some form of masonry material on all facades of the building. b. Gasoline pumps, tanks, vents , EV chargers and pump islands shall be located no closer than 20 feet to any side or rear property line or right-of-way. c. No sign of any type or any gasoline pump, tank, or EV charger shall be located within 20 feet of any residential district.
