The B-4-P Planned Business District provides a wide range of retail, service and employment uses in a more integrated and master planned setting that creates effective transitions to supporting and compatible uses in other adjacent districts. This district should be used to create a better mixture of large and small commercial uses and improved transitions and compatibility with adjacent uses. 9. OTD Old Town District.
