That the proposed construction will meet all applicable Lancaster City building, fire and other relevant safety codes; C. That the applicant will present to the Zoning Hearing Board legally binding easement documents from adjoining property owner(s) providing for access for maintenance of the building or permission to abut the wall of the adjoining structure(s); D. That access to the rear yard of all properties will be provided other than through the principal structure(s); and E. That no building or portion of a building will be within five feet of a door or window of an adjacent building.
