Where there is a combination of uses on a lot, the required number of parking spaces shall be the sum of that found for each use; this regulation is not applicable to us es located within the Central Business (C -1) District which are exempt from providing parking according to Section 402 of this document The number of automobile parking spaces provided shall be at least as great as the number specified below for various uses. Each space shall have a minimum width of ten (10) feet and a minimum length of twenty (20 feet) for each parking space and shall have vehicular access to a public street. Parallel parking spaces shall not be less than nine (9) feet wide and not be less than twenty-two (22) feet in length. All parking spaces shall be striped, except private garages or parking areas for the exclusive use of single-family dwellings.
