The property boasts 297 parking spaces and is zoned CCG-1. With 35,000 square feet currently vacant, this Class A building presents a unique redevelopment opportunity. Its adaptable design lends itself to various uses, including but not limited to: a private university, charter school, private school, grocery store, medical office space, mini-warehouse, office call center, or other retail ventures. The substantial school-oriented improvements offer a significant advantage for potential buyers seeking a quick turnaround. This freestanding building offers substantial potential for investors seeking a prime location in a thriving Jacksonville market. The Duval County location and ample parking further enhance its appeal.
