3.18 M-2 HEAVY MANUFACTURING DISTRICT The primary purpose and characteristics of the M-2 Heavy Manufacturing District are intended to provide for heavy manufacturing and industrial uses. A. Permitted Uses. 1. Any use permitted in the M-1 Light Manufacturing District. B. Permitted Accessory Uses. 1. Garages for the storage or loading of vehicles used in conjunction with the operation of a principal use. 2. Off-street parking and loading spaces and facilities, in conformance with §6.0 of this Ordinance. 3. Utility sheds, power supply, external building heating/cooling systems, and other uses normally auxiliary to the principal use. C. Conditional Uses.
