DN · Northborough, MAIn the RC, GR, MSR, and DN districts, approval of a two-family dwelling shall be subject to design review by the Design Review Committee in accordance with two-family design guidelines adopted by the Planning Board and on file with the Town Clerk. 4 In the Downtown Neighborhood District, the maximum number of multifamily units on a lot shall be four permitted, and five to eight by special permit. 5 In a residential district, no congregate residence shall contain more than 12 units. 6 Permitted if accessory to a permitted use; requires a special permit if accessory to a residential use that requires a special permit. Garage space shall not be provided on a lot for more than three motor vehicles, except that space may be provided in a garage for one additional motor vehicle for each 4,000 square feet of area by which the lot area exceeds 20,000 square feet up to a maximum of five motor vehicles. Not more than one commercial vehicle shall be stored on such lot. 7 In the Downtown Neighborhood District, no retail establishment shall exceed 2,000 square feet of gross floor area. 8 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7-03-030 or any other provision of this zoning bylaw, no use variance for a marijuana establishment, medical marijuana treatment center, or sale of marijuana accessories shall be permitted.
