Section 30-55: (RMU) Riverfront Mixed Use Zoning District (1) Intent. This district intended to protect aesthetics and water quality while accommodating the wide variety of both indoor and outdoor land uses that benefit from locating adjacent to the Fox River. Residential uses are intended to occur at a minimum approximate density of 10 dwelling units per acre. (2) Principal Uses Permitted by Right.
