The HPC shall review the plans and provide a recommendation to the Construction Code Official, Zoning Officer, Planning Board, or Zoning Board, as appropriate, in conjunction with the application to be determined within 10 days of submittal. Said board/official may approve an application that is contrary to the Historic Commission's recommendations but shall provide reasons for such action if a timely recommendation from the HPC has been received. c. Any project involving an existing building 75 years or older shall provide a deed restriction safeguarding preservation of the facade upon approval.
