The public and institutional zoning districts within the Zoning Code include the Public Facilities (PF) District and the Parks and Open Space (PO) District. (b) Purpose. (b) Permitted Uses with Standards. A “PS” in a cell indicates that a use is allowed by-right in the respective zoning district if it meets the additional standards that are identified in the last column of Table 1103.03-1: Use Table. Permitted uses with standards are subject to all other applicable regulations of the code. (c) C onditional Uses. A “C” in a cell indicates that a use may be permitted if approved through the conditional use process as established in section 1111.05(b).
