A 25,406-square-foot feed mill and additional warehouse/office space are present; the feed mill is not in operation and the additional structures are considered suitable for storage only due to age and condition. The property is not zoned by the City of Hamlin, and utility services including water, sewer, electricity, phone, and natural gas are available.
