The zoning districts are bounded and defined as shown on maps entitled “Official City Zoning Maps” adopted by the City Council and included, by reference, as a part of these regulations. Such maps shall be kept and maintained by the City Clerk and shall be available for public examination and inspection at all times during the regular office hours of the City Clerk. Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of any of the aforesaid districts on the zoning maps, the following rules shall apply: 6. Where district boundary lines are indicated following streets, roads, alleys or railroads such boundaries shall be construed as following the centerlines thereof. 7. Where district boundary lines are indicated as approximately following lot lines, section lines, or other established land subdivision lines, such district boundaries shall be construed to be such lines. 8. Where a boundary of a district is shown as following a stream, lake or other body of water, such district boundaries shall be construed to be at the centerline of that stream, lake or body of water, unless otherwise specifically indicated. 9. Where a district boundary line is shown at locations other than those described above and no specific dimension or other definition is included, such boundary line shall be determined by using the appropriate scale for that map. 10. Except for agriculture uses which are exempt from the provisions of these regulations, and as otherwise provided herein, it shall be unlawful to use any land or building for any purpose other than what is permitted in the district in which such land or building is located unless a special use permit has been obtained. No building shall thereafter be erected, reconstructed, relocated or structurally altered to have a greater percentage of lot area covered, or have a greater number of facilities, or have narrower or small yards, courts or open spaces than permissible under the limitations set forth herein for the district in which such building is located. 11.
