Boarding houses and rooming houses: Not less than one (1) space for each one (1) room to be rented. d. Hotels, motels and other tourist accommodations: Not less than one (1) space for each room to be rented plus one (1) additional space for each three (3) employees. e. Manufacturing, industrial or wholesaling use: Not less than one (1) space for each two (2) p ersons employed o r intended to b e employed on a single shift, with a minimum of five (5) spaces provided for any establishment. f. Commercial bu ilding o r u se: Not less than on e (1) space for each two hund red fifty (250) square feet of sales floor area. g.
