means the CE zoning district. “Industrial uses” means those uses allowed only in the CE zone as listed in FWRC 19.240.010 through 19.240.040 . “Inflatable advertising device” means an advertising device that is inflated by some means and used to attract attention, advertise, promote, market, or display goods and/or services.
