Fences Within the Front Yard Setback in the M-1 Light Industrial Zone: Fences in the front yard setback in the M-1 light industrial zone may be allowed to up to six feet in height, upon obtaining a conditional use permit from the planning commission. 3. Fences Within Front Yard Setback in the M-2 Heavy Industrial Zone: Fences in the front yard setback in the M-2 heavy industrial zone are allowed up to six feet in height. Corner properties zoned M-2 heavy industrial zone may have a fence up to six feet within a portion of the front yard setback, provided said fence is at least ten feet back from the front property line, maintaining a clear vision area to adjoining streets. C.
