A retail establishment that stays open late at night and provides food, beverages and entertainment, but shall not include adult entertainment. 200.109. Nonconformance. A building, structure, or parcel of land, or use thereof, lawfully existing at the time of the adoption or amendment of this zoning ordinance and not in conformity with the provisions of such ordinance or amendment. Dimensional regulations include all regulations of the zoning ordinance, other than those pertaining to the permitted uses. A building or structure containing more dwelling units than are permitted by the use regulations of a zoning ordinance shall be nonconforming by use; a building or structure containing a permitted number of dwelling units by the use regulations of the zoning ordinance, but not meeting the lot area per dwelling unit regulations, shall be nonconforming by dimension. 200.110. Nursing and convalescent home. A structure designed or used for residential occupancy and providing medical or nursing care on the premises for occupants, but not including a hospital or clinic. 200.111. Old growth forest. A forest that is over 1 acre in size where the oldest trees in that forest have attained a minimum age of 100 years old. 200.112. Old growth tree. Any parcel or area of land or water set aside, dedicated, designated, or reserved for public or private use or enjoyment or for the use and enjoyment of owners and occupants of land adjoining or neighboring such open space; provided that the area may be improved with only those buildings, structures, streets, and off-street parks and other improvements that are designated to be incidental to the natural openness of the land.
