Within the R-1, Low Density Residential District, as shown on the Zoning Map of Madisonville, Tennessee, the following regulations and other applicable provisions of this zoning code shall apply: 1. Uses Permitted. a. Single family and two-family dwellings. b. Agricultural uses 12 c. Customary accessory uses and buildings. d. Customary home occupations, provided the conditions in Section 11-402 are met. e. Public parks. f. Public schools. g. Churches and other places of worship, provided buildings are set back a minimum of forty (40) feet from all property lines and parking lots are set back a minimum of fifteen (15) feet from all property lines. A site plan, per Section 11-418, shall be submitted to the planning commission. h. Cemeteries, provided the conditions in Section 11-412 are met. i. Golf courses, provided buildings are set back a minimum of forty (40) feet from all property lines and parking lots are set back a minimum of fifteen (15) feet from all property lines.
