In the C-B-C and U-M-U districts, no off-street parking shall be required for three (3) or fewer dwelling units on a property. For more than three dwelling units, off-street parking shall be provided for the property at the rate of 1.25 spaces per dwelling unit (rounded up to the nearest whole number of spaces). 6.8.2. DEDICATED TO PARKING USE Areas provided to meet the minimum requirements of this Section as to handicapped and other parking spaces, along with the aisles and driveways necessary to provide access to those spaces, shall not be used for any other purpose than the temporary parking of vehicles.
