This district also may have limited application within super community scale retail concentrations, and in the vicinity of major intersections within existing arterial commercial areas. 5. CF, Core Frame District. The CF district is intended to implement the general plan's central business district land use policies for support services. The district is designed primarily for a diverse variety of business service functions along with retail trade and consumer service establishments and large parking structures that require locations in proximity to the central business district. G. DTC, Downtown Code District. The DTC district is designed for a broad range of residential and non-residential activities associated with an economically healthy, socially vibrant, and sustainable Downtown.
