He reviewed the history of the project, the history of the property, what their project would entail, and some of the benefits that it would provide. He mounted a drawing on the screen which showed the property as it now exists and another drawing which showed the property with the proposed development . He opined those businesses have a problem finding employees who can live in our community because housing costs are expensive, rents are high, and this is a problem for Sebastian because of, in part, a lack of multi - family housing, which this will work to solve . In this proposed development, people will own the lots, and the units will be attainable housing . He stated that the price point on these houses wi ll start at $285,000.00 .
