The purpose of the Planning & Zoning Board is to investigate and study the City’s Comprehensive Plan and review various development proposals. PZB meetings occur on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 P.M. In order for a proposed development to be placed on a PZB agenda, applicants must submit a correct and complete application package. Deadlines for Planning & Zoning Board meetings are listed below. PZB agendas are available online. Any additional submitted materials may be provided upon request or viewed as hard copy plans at the Development Services Department at: 700 NW 19th Avenue.
