All signs permitted within the Commercial General (CG) or Residential Commercial (RC) zones of the City shall conform to the following design review criteria, unless otherwise provided for in this Ordinance: (a) Signs must be compatible in design and color with the Bavarian Theme District, if applicable, and with the building with which they are associated.
