Within the DT district, any surface parking areas abutting a public street or urban walkway shall be screened from street view by a masonry garden wall with a height between three and five feet. In the other T-zones, the parking lot may be screened in accordance with the perimeter parking landscaping standards per article VII. 5. Parking structures located along Storefront streets shall be concealed by liner buildings, which may be attached or detached from the parking structure (see Figure V-13).
