The purpose of the Planning & Zoning Board is to investigate and study the City’s Comprehensive Plan and review various development proposals. PZB meetings occur on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 P.M. In order for a proposed development to be placed on a PZB agenda, applicants must submit a correct and complete application package. Deadlines for Planning & Zoning Board meetings are listed below. PZB agendas are available online.
