Offices of professional occupations, including but not limited to, the offices of a physician, bookkeeper, surgeon, dentist, minister, architect, engineer, lawyer and accountant. 2. Photography studios. 3. Offices of an insurance agent, real estate broker, travel agent and stockbroker. 4. Funeral parlor. B. Accessory Uses Permitted. 1. Off-street loading and parking and private nonresidential garages, either attached or detached. 2. A storage building not exceeding two hundred (200) square feet in size and fifteen (15) feet in height. 3. Fences and walls in accordance with § 28-502 . 4. Signs in accordance with § 28-504 . C. Maximum Building Height. 1. No principal building shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height and two and one-half (2 1/2) stories. 2. No accessory building located within the principal building envelope shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in height and two (2) stories. 3. E. General Requirements. 1. One (1) building may contain more than one (1) use provided that the total building coverage and lot coverage of the combined uses does not exceed the maximums specified for the district and, further, that each use occupies a minimum gross floor area of five hundred (500) square feet. 2. Unless otherwise specifically approved by the Board as part of a site plan application, no merchandise, product, equipment or similar material or objects shall be displayed or stored outside. Where merchandise, products, equipment or similar material or objects are approved by the Board to be displayed or stored outside, the materials shall be suitably screened to be obscured from view from adjacent residential uses and must be situated within the property lines of the principal use. 3.
