except for signs in Commercial, Intensive (CI), Commercial, Highway Interchange (CHI), Industrial, Light and Warehousing (ILW) and Industrial (I) zoning districts, which shall be no higher than thirty-five (35) feet from established grade. 9. Glare. Illuminated signs which result in glare or reflection of light on residential property in the surrounding area. 10. Minimum clearance.
