"MDR" - Medium Density Residential A. Objectives and characteristics. The Medium Density Residential Area is designated to accommodate a large percentage of those residents desiring to live in an urban -fringe setting of single-family houses or townhouses. These portions of Plaistow could, in t he future, be serviced by public water and sewer.
