This district also provides a variety of commercial services to the community and adjacent residential neighborhoods. (Ord. 5458 § 2 (part), 1999) 15.15.020 Principal Uses The following principal uses shall be permitted outright in a C-2 district: Automobile repair, minor; Automobile service establishment; Building material, retail sales only; Business, professional office; Business service establishment; Club or lodge; Commercial recreation (indoor and outdoor); Consumer service establishment; Contractor shop; Cultural service; Financial service; General government use; Hotel/motel; Kennel, commercial; Local utility service; Park and recreation services; Pawn shops; Printing, binding, and mail operations (fifty thousand (50,000) square feet or less); Private and public parking lots; Public safety services; Religious assembly; Restaurant (drive-in/fast food, limited and general); Retail shopping establishment; School; Secondhand store; Tattoo parlor; Tavern, as limited by CBMC 15.15.060; Veterinary service; Warehousing and distribution, limited (fifty thousand (50,000) square feet or less); Funeral service; Consumer fireworks sales; Small alcohol production facility. No. 6026, § 1, 2-23-2009. 15.15.030 Conditional Uses The following conditional uses shall be permitted in a C-2 district, in accordance with the requirements set forth in CBMC 15.27: Adult entertainment, as further limited by CBMC 15.15.060; Automobile repair, major; Automobile sales and rental, as further limited by CBMC 15.15.060; Automobile sales and rental, indoor; Commercial storage; Communication tower; Day care services; Manufacturing, light (fifty thousand (50,000) square feet or less);
