Retail stores, offices and service establishments which supply goods or provide services primarily to meet the convenience of residents of one or more residential neighborhoods shall be permitted, including the following: Permitted Uses for CN Districts: Apparel Art supply Automobile supply Bakery goods Banks Barber shops and beauty salons Books and rental libraries Camera equipment and supplies Candy and confectioneries Clothes cleaning (pick-up and delivery, dry cleaning within enclosed machines) Clinics (medical) Commercial small business offices, not involving more than 8,000 square feet of gross floor area) Dairy products Drugs (prescription and over-the-counter) Dry goods Electrical appliance repair (small appliances only) Florists Food stores, delicatessens and supermarkets Garden supply and plant nurseries (provided that all equipment, supplies and merchandise other than plants and mulches shall be kept within completely enclosed buildings or under a shade structure, and with fertilizer to be stored and sold only in packaged form) Gifts Hardware Hobby supplies Ice dispensers, outdoor (coin-operated) Liquor (packaged) Locksmith Newsstands and magazines Pressing of wearing apparel Radio and television sales and repair Recycling center (a state certified recycling center or collection facility may be located within an existing development commercial property if the area is within a "convenience zone" as defined by the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle).
