5.6.2 PUD - Planned Unit Development District a. Intent. A planned unit development shall permit flexibility and creativity in site and building design and location in accordance with an approved plan and specific ordinance, which shall be written in a manner as to prevent adverse impacts and protect the public health, safety and welfare.
