A building permit expires six months after it is issued unless work has commenced. If work is discontinued for a period of 12 months after work has commenced, the building permit shall expire. 1.10.2. - Multi-Phase Development A multi-phase development is vested for the entire development with the UDO then in place at the time the first site-plan is approved for the initial phase for seven years from the date of approval of the first site plan.
