CAMPGROUND An area or premises in which space is provided for transient occupancy or use by tourists occupying mobile homes, camping trailers or tents. CAPACITY IN PERSONS The maximum number of persons that can avail themselves of the services (or goods) of an establishment, at any one time, with reasonable comfort.
