Hospitality uses permitted in the CH (Commercial Highway) zoning district. C. Uses requiring a special use permit in the PO and CN zoning districts may be recommended by the Planning Commission and approved by the Governing Body to be allowed in a PUDOC district. D. Premises licensed for the sale or serving of alcoholic liquor pursuant to the Drinking Establishment Act, or any amendments thereto, in conjunction with hotels and motels. 17.54.330 - Area Requirement. A. The minimum parcel size to be rezoned for a PUDOC district shall be four (4) acres. B. The minimum requirements may be reduced by up to fifty percent (50%) for a planned office and commercial district, if the applicant can demonstrate that, due to unusual topographical conditions, limitations of access or proximity to an existing planned unit development, reduction of the minimum requirements to allow a planned unit development would be in the public interest. In requesting a reduction of the minimum requirements the applicant shall also demonstrate that the requested reduction would not create conditions leading to a continuous lineal extension of commercial usage or encroachment into an established residential area. C.
