A. The Heavy Commercial (C-H) subzone is intended for uses which involve heavy automobile and semi-truck traffic, and/or that are regional in nature. Areas zoned C-H should be near or immediately adjacent to major arterials. The Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) subzone is intended for uses which involve light vehicle traffic and/or that are local in nature.
