All sheds, playhouses, dog houses, etc. in any zoning district, except R1, R2, R3 and R4, shall be considered accessory and require approval of a site plan by the plan commission prior to issuance of a building permit. (9) Prohibited in front and side yards and near property lines. No accessory structure or building in any zoning district shall be allowed in the front or side yard of any lot, nor within three feet of any property line. (10) Antenna height and location. Freestanding antennas shall not be erected in any front or side yard. All freestanding antennas shall be constructed so that in case of structural failure the antenna tower will collapse on itself.
