PERMIT PROCESS (#41) (#57) For parcels with existing approved site plans, a change of use to a use not requiring site plan approval can be approved through the Code Office review and approval (P) process provided the site meets the required Performance Standards contained in Article 4 of this Land Use Code for the new use and the site is in compliance with the existing approved site plan except for this change of use.
