A7 Above-ground fuel storage tank facility, provided that: (a) Storage tanks shall be either double lined or vaulted; (b) Storage tanks shall be diked with an impervious retention basin capable of containing 1.3 times the holding capacity of the tanks; and (c) All applicable federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations shall be complied with.
